September 3, 2018

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – Two offices in the AFP were conferred with the AFP Transformation Roadmap and Institutionalization Pathway (AFPTRIP) Compliant Status. The Public Affairs Office AFP and the Office of the AFP Sergeant Major attached the Bronze Anahaw Appurtenance or the Compliant Status symbol in their respective Plaques of Recognition for levelling up in the AFPTRIP during a ceremony held Monday, 03 September at the Bulwagang Balangiga, General Headquarters building, here.

The AFPTRIP is a development strategy adapted by the AFP that aims to transform the organization into a strong and credible public institution built on good governance. The pathway consists of four stages: Initiation, Compliance, Proficiency, and Institutionalization.

The attainment of these stages drives accomplishment of initiatives, recognize milestones, incentivize performance, and communicate hallmarks of success in each unit and office in the AFP.
