Camp Aquino, Tarlac City- Northern Luzon Command under the guidance of LTGEN RAMIRO MANUEL REY continues to sustain all its units’ deployment in support of the month-long enhanced community quarantine (ECG) on Luzon due to the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).


NOLCOM and all its subordinate units including CAFGUs and Reservists from Army, Navy, and Airforce in Central and Northern Luzon are working together with the respective local government units, and other concerned government agencies such as DOH, DILG, PNP, BFP and other members of Inter-Agency Task Force to implement the rules and guidelines in fighting COVID-19.


NOLCOM troopers rendering support to the police force in manning checkpoints all over Regions 1,2,3 and CAR to ensure the orderliness in the communities and safety of every Filipino and individual within the regions.


NOLCOM is with the government in the strict implementation of protective measures and protocols against COVID-19.


Commander of NOLCOM LTGEN Rey thanked the Tarlac Filipino-Chinese Fire Brigade conducting Disinfection Operations within the camp roads and passages today, March 24, 2020, which helped in boosting the morale of the troopers knowing that their safety is also taken into consideration which will further their drive to do more for the people with the battle against COVID-19.

LTGEN REY added “NOLCOM is open for anyone who needs help amidst COVID-19 outbreak, we are doing our best to ensure that safety and wellbeing of the people are taken care of. The Filipinos are our top priority but we cannot end this fight alone, we are asking for your cooperation and obedience so that we could wipe off COVID-19 in our country as soon as possible”
